Shipping and Return Policy!

1) Shipping:

1.1) In addition to the purchase price, the company charges the shipping costs indicated on the website. Shipping costs are clearly communicated to the customer before placing an order on the order or checkout page.

1.2) For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties may apply, which the customer is responsible for. The amount of customs duties varies depending on the customs area. The customer is responsible for the proper payment of all necessary duties and fees.

1.3) Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer in the order. If the customer/recipient provides an alternative delivery location to the shipping service provider, the risk of transportation for the package passes to the customer/recipient upon delivery to the specified location.

1.4) Delivery times may vary but generally take up to two weeks or longer. In case of delays or issues, we will investigate and inform the customer.

2) Returns

​

2.1) Returns will only be accepted if the order was placed within the EU and returned within 14 days.

​

2.2) Additionally, the items must not be damaged; otherwise, the returns will not be accepted.

​

2.3) Furthermore, customers have two options in case the returned items are damaged or have missing parts: either we retain the money and the items, or the damaged items will be resent to the customer at their expense.
