Additionally, these Terms and Conditions extend to any use of data collected, processed, or utilized in connection with our activities outside the website, including but not limited to communications outside our website, marketing activities, and services not directly offered on our website Vavma.com. By using our website and all related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2) Offers and Conclusion of Contracts via the Company Website

2.1) All offers by the company are non-binding and without obligation. A contract between the company and the customer is established when the customer places an order. No acceptance or confirmation is required by the company. A binding offer to conclude a purchase contract is made upon placing the order.

3) Payment Terms and Prices

3.1) Vavma accepts credit/debit cards, Giropay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and PayPal. Shipping costs can be viewed on the product details or at checkout.

3.2) In addition to the purchase price, the company charges shipping costs as indicated on the website. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to the customer on the order page before placing an order.

3.3) For deliveries, import duties may apply, which the customer must bear. The amount of import duties varies by customs territory. The customer is responsible for the proper payment of all necessary duties and fees.

4) Delivery

4.1) Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer in the order. If the customer/recipient provides an alternative delivery location to the shipping service provider, the transport risk for the package transfers to the customer/recipient upon delivery to the specified location.

4.2) Delivery times may vary but generally take up to two weeks or longer. In case of delays or issues, we will investigate and inform the customer.

5) Warranty and Guarantees

5.1) Statutory defect liability law applies unless otherwise explicitly agreed.

5.2) We are not liable for injuries to life, body, or health. All products are manufactured and delivered by a third party.

5.3) The delivered goods remain the property of the company until full payment has been made.

6) Right of Withdrawal

6.1) Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal.

6.2) Consumers bear the costs of return shipping.

6.3) The customer has a total of 5 days before or after the statutory cancellation period has expired to decide on the whereabouts of the goods after the return has arrived at Vavma. The return must be sent to Vavma before the 14 days have expired. Once the goods have been received by the company, customers have another 5 days to make their decision. If the goods are not returned to the company within 15 days after the cancellation period has expired, Vavma assumes no liability and can cancel the process. After the 15 days after the right of withdrawal expires, the 5-day decision period ends. In such a case, Vavma will decide what to do with the goods if they finally arrive.

6.4) If the returned goods are damaged, customers have 5 days to decide whether they want to keep the goods or if we will keep them without a refund. After this period, Vavma will either keep the goods or decide whether to return the damaged goods to the customer with a shipping fee.

8.1) Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

8.2) Users can publish comments. Customers who post comments are responsible for what they publish on the product page.

8.3) Users can also purchase gift cards. The validity period of these gift cards is 45 months.

8.5) On purchase of a SPR-Tracksuit on vavma.com/spr, Vavma will donate an unspecified amount to those in need at locations chosen by Vavma.

8.6) We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion and add or remove products at any time. We may also remove discount codes at any time.

8.7) Vavma reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
